1. Storefront Purchases & Ordering
All order transactions are subject to availability and credit authorization. Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated email receipt confirming the details. This receipt does not constitute final validation of the order; we reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions for any reason (including stock errors or pricing discrepencies).
2. Payment Processing & Checkout
Payments on our storefront are securely processed via Stripe. By entering checkout details, you agree that we may authorize and charge your payment method for the full order amount, including shipping fees. We do not store full card details on our local database.
3. Deliveries & Shipping Policies
Free standard shipping is provided on storefront orders. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier constraints.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer returns within 30 days of shipment receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging labels attached. Return shipping fees are handled in accordance with our return guidelines.
